In our kitchen the owner is also the chef.
In our hotel restaurant Jägerstübchen we serve traditional cuisine as well as seasonal and regional specialties together with hand-selected wines of the Ahr valley.
Fish, in particular local Ahr trout, are always a big hit with our guests. We also recommend delicious meat dishes from our very own local breed of lamb. We also offer various wild game dishes when seasonally available.
In the summer our sun terrace provides a beautiful ambience for a meal or a glass of wine with panoramic views of the romantic Ahr valley.
