Siteminder's data is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Siteminder has in place a Data Processing Addendum with AWS that deals with the protection of personal data. Siteminder is therefore entitled to transfer personal data to AWS as a sub-processor, subject to the terms of the agreed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
